The proper handling of personal information
IIC implements suitable measures as necessary to ensure secure control of all personal information, thereby preventing leakage, loss, or damage.
Subcontracting the handling of personal information
In the event that IIC subcontracts the handling of personal information, in whole or in part, to a third party, it will undertake a thorough investigation of the subcontractor and make every effort to ensure the secure control of all personal information in the possession of the subcontractor through suitable supervision.
Provision of personal information to a third party
IIC never provides personal information to a third party without the prior consent of the subject individual except in the cases stipulated by the Act on the Protection of Personal Information.
Disclosure or correction of personal information
IIC will disclose promptly upon request of the subject individual any personal information in its possession.
IIC will not make disclosure, however, without proof of identity from the subject individual.
In the event that errors are found in personal information or if correction, addition, or deletion of personal information is requested by the subject individual, IIC will accede to that request promptly.

Organizational structure
IIC has made Seishi Kuwata responsible for ensuring suitable protection of personal information through periodic auditing of the handling of personal information and continuous improvement of the means by which personal information is handled.
Revisions to these policies
These policies are subject to revision at any time.
Except in special cases where IIC has made other provisions, all revisions to these policies come into effect from the time they are posted to this website.
